When I start my car, white smoke comes out of the exhaust pipe. It usually stops after the initial start unless I rapidly accelerate or drive uphill. When going uphill or rapidly accelerating, the smoke comes out thicker and stronger than before. It is also accompanied by a rattling noise. What could this be and how much would a repair cost?
